Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Teaching Assistant Level 3, your daily duties will include:

• Supporting students in the classroom, on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups to promote their learning and independence
• Assisting teaching staff with planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual needs
• Building effective relationships with students and the wider school community to overcome barriers to learning
• Promoting a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and achievement

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Teaching Assistant Level 3, you will need:

• An NVQ Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience working with children and young people in an educational or care setting
• Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Sensitivity, patience, and a flexible approach to working with children and young people
